Acceptable Use Policy
Sandbox Hosting is for lawful game-server hosting and community play. This policy applies to content and activity sent through the service, including server files, worlds, mods, network traffic, and support channels.
Do not use the service to
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property or other rights, or distribute content you do not have permission to use;
- attack, scan, probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, accounts, or services;
- distribute malware, phishing content, spam, credential theft tools, or content intended to harm people or systems;
- evade resource, rate, billing, or access controls, or interfere with another customer's service;
- use the platform for exploitation, harassment, threats, or other abusive conduct.
Enforcement
We may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including requesting changes, limiting traffic, suspending a server, or closing an account. We consider urgency, impact, evidence, and the risk to customers and the wider network.
Report abuse
Report suspected abuse, copyright issues, security problems, or urgent harm through support@sandboxhosting.io. Include the affected hostname or URL, relevant timestamps, and evidence. Do not send passwords, API keys, or other secrets.
