Terms of Service
These terms describe the agreement between you and Sandbox Hosting when you create an account or use our game-server hosting service. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Plans and billing
Plan availability, resources, and current pricing are shown in the dashboard signup flow before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle until cancelled. Taxes, refunds, cancellations, and proration are handled according to the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.
Game content and licenses
You are responsible for having the rights and licenses needed for the games, mods, worlds, backups, and other content you use. Sandbox Hosting does not transfer ownership of game software or third-party content to you.
Service use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when required to protect the service, other customers, or the public, including for non-payment or serious policy violations.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change features, supported games, infrastructure, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service or account channel.
