Include these details
- the email address on your account;
- the game and server name or hostname;
- what you expected, what happened, and when;
- the exact error message, if there is one.
Never include a password, API key, payment-card number, or other secret in a support request.
Already a customer?
Account and server actions are available in the dashboard. New customers can create an account there.
Policy and abuse reports
See the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse and security reports can use the same support address with a clear subject.
